18-Year-Old Wants To Marry Best Friend's Mother Who Is 21 Years Older Than Him!

Love has no definition and this couple proved it all right! Some people might find it cringe-worthy or unacceptable, however, it's not.

Love sets you free, and give you the freedom to choose whomever you want to share it with. It broadens your horizon and does not let you settle down for easy things. It certainly does not come with age, color, and gender, and that's what makes things beautiful when someone is in love.

This 18-year-old young boy, Chase Gabbard, couldn't help but fell in love with his best mate's mother. In spite of the fact that people always carry a stereotypical mentality when it comes to very young ones falling in love with very older ones, looks like they were untouched by those evil perceptions. However, for him, the only thing that mattered was he loved a woman, Jaimee Brown. who was 21 years older than him. And, not just that, he also wants to marry the woman of her dreams, reported the Mirror.

Some people might find it cringe-worthy or unacceptable, however, it's not. You want to know why? Because even the 39-year-old loves him, and it's a beautiful world for both of them right now. They go on dates and take her son too. A world where at least three people are happy with whatever and whomever they have.

It all started when Chase Gabbard and Jaice Brown became friends seven years ago. It was through their friendship, Chase got a chance to meet Jaice's mother, Jaimee Brown. The day Chase turned 18, he became attracted to Jaimee and wanted to make things real, therefore, they soon kissed.

The couple lives in Corbin, Kentucky and yes, they are dating. For many, this case would be weird, but for their own family, everyone was cool with their relationship. Jaimee said, "I had no idea about Chase or my feelings before he kissed me, it was a total shock but since then we have been inseparable. I have three kids, so the first thing was that I had to be sure they were OK with it, as they are my number one priority."

She continued, "But none of them had a problem, we all loved each other anyway and when we told Jaice he was fine with it too - they are still best friends. I don't think you can put a time limit on love - if you know, you know. I have to wait for my divorce to come through, but we have already planned our beautiful wedding and written our own vows."

On the other hand, Chase was aware of the risk he was putting himself into by kissing his best friend's mother just weeks after he turned 18. After two months he then proposed her. He didn't propose her just once, but more than 300 times, and every time he used to propose in a unique, innocent way, that also included writing 'marry me' on a condiment sachet.

He explained, "I love Jaimee's personality, I knew I wanted to marry her straight away. There are so many things I like about her, she has a great sense of humor, she stops me from being lazy and there are so many other things." One must be wondering about Jaice, who technically will have Chase as his stepdad soon.

Looks like, he couldn't get happier, he said, "We are still best friends, because we still hang out, have fun and play video games together. Just like we did before. They were happy so that's all that mattered. They are a cute couple." Chase continued, "Thankfully it hasn't affected Jaime and I as best friends really, I don't think we could stop being friends, we are just so close."

"I have embraced being a stepdad, nothing has really changed though as they are great and good-minded kids, so I don't have to get onto them too much. I'm at the point where I don't care what anyone else says or thinks, as long as we are happy that's all that matters," said Chase.

Looking at their love story, one would want to believe that everything is fair in love and love needs no barriers to define any relationship. One is in love because they want to be in love with the person they gave their heart to, completely shunning the stereotype and stigmas society try to impose on others.
